It’s been a couple of weeks since we invited you into our offices to Meet The ReputationDefender Team. I do hope you’ll forgive the delay. With the Thanksgiving holiday and all, we thought it might be better to wait until you all had finished off the last of your leftover turkey and cranberry sauce before we added anything new to your plate. (wink, wink)
Anyway, in our last edition of Meet The ReputationDefender Team, we profiled yours truly, the editor of this fine blog. Today, I’m proud to present my friend and co-worker, Mitch Lillie.

Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Mitch Lillie, and I am a Customer Support Specialist at ReputationDefender. I also post to the blog.
What did you do prior to joining ReputationDefender?
I was studying English literature among other subjects at Arizona State University
What attracted you to ReputationDefender?
The idea of a career is new to me, but I knew I wanted to work for a company that was both successful and philanthropic in some way. When I found ReputationDefender, I knew that helping people manage their digital identities was for me. Plus, the office atmosphere is relaxed but extremely productive.
Why do you think it’s important for people to manage their reputations online?
Every action is an investment for the future. By being proactive about your online reputation now, you can save yourself the trouble down the line.
When you’re not helping individuals control and protect their good names online, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Exploring green areas, becoming a master curry chef, writing for my blog, and biking take up most of my free time. In between, I read ravenously.
What’s your all-time favorite website?
Though it has fallen by the wayside a bit, I use Delicious.com to stay on top of what’s hot on the web.
